- 2. PaymentsAll payments for our services are processed via BACS or Stripe. By using our service and paying with Stripe, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions. A deposit is required for the initial consultation, and full payment must be made before any design work begins. We reserve the right to change our pricing and payment terms at any time.
- 3. Cancellations and RefundsCancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds are available if no design work has commenced. Refunds after work has started are not guaranteed. Project-specific contracts may include more details.
- 4. Intellectual PropertyAll content, images, and designs produced by Saddler Studio are protected by copyright law. Clients may use designs solely for the agreed project. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
- 5. Limitation of LiabilitySaddler Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any delays in project delivery.
- 6. User ResponsibilitiesClients should provide necessary materials and information on time. Saddler Studio is not liable for delays caused by failure to provide timely input.
